Sign in with your Prometheus credentials

Use the same login you gave Highway when you connected your ELD. If this test passes with these credentials, Highway can pull the same data.

Your credentials are sent over an encrypted connection, used only for this test, and never stored. The test is read-only: nothing on your account is changed.

What this means

Using your Prometheus credentials, we signed in, listed every unit on your account, matched each unit to its VIN, and pulled a current location and timestamp. This is the same API data available to Highway. If Highway still shows your ELD as disconnected, send them this report so their team can check the connection on their side.

Units marked No VIN or Stale may not match in Highway. Contact Prometheus support to fix those units.
